" I want to thank you for a  brilliant service and a lovely conservatory roof (Edwardian Hip). Before I ordered Trish went through everything with me and sent me a roof layout. When I signed it off she confirmed the delivery day and it arrived on time. Everything was extremely well packaged and the driver was very courteous. All the bars and panels were cut to size and numbered and were of a very high quality. The instructions were very clear and it all went together as planned. Now it is up it looks fantastic and hasn't leaked even in this very heavy rain we have been having. I would reccommend Omega conservatory roofs to anyone who is replacing their roof.

"Many thanks for your excellent service in handling my order, I explored many different avenues when deciding what to do regarding the conservatory roof nobody locally seemed interested in supplying a roof, they just wanted to sell us a new conservatory. We are really pleased with the quality and value for money of the new roof, it has really exceeded our expectations. It took 4 of us about 6 hours to remove the old, and fit the new roof, we couldn't believe how easily it went together with nothing to cut to size, not even the gutter. It has really given a new lease of life to an 11 years old conservatory with a draughty leaky roof. Having been in customer service for over 40 years, I can honestly say I think your service was first class, many thanks to all concerned, with a special thanks to yourself."
