| The Omega bespoke polycarbonate conservatory roof is ideal when your existing conservatory frame is in good shape but you need to refurbish the roof. The roof is made in the factory to your specification ,taken apart and shipped to you. It comes with the self supporting bars,polycarbonate panels,gutters and all fixings needed.We can supply a custom roof to your individual specification. Omega custom built conservatory Roofs are normally supplied with all the main components cut to size and where applicable pre-drilled. The specification includes:-
1. Eaves beam, glazing bars, polycarbonate glazing, finial(s), cresting and gutters.
2. Screws, flashing and sealing materials are also supplied for assembling the roof components.
The installer will have to provide:
1. A base frame of sufficient strength and sized to fit the Omega eaves beam.
2. Screws or bolts to fix the eaves beam to the base frame, or roof edge extrusions to adjacent walls.
3. Drainage down pipe(s).
By completing the following questionnaire our experienced team will provide a free design service for your conservatory roof, and a competitive quotation for its supply. Quotations are based on nominal dimensions.
Final dimensions, roof pitch and external clearances will be agreed with you. The standard design is based on the dimensions to the internal face of supporting frame or face of host building. Most standard window frames are 70mm wide and cavity walls consist of 2 rows of bricks 100mm wide with a 75mm cavity in between. If your frame construction is an unusual design or is different to the above please ensure you make us aware of this and send us all the dimensions so that we can work with you to design your roof. It is your responsibility to double check all the sizes as the roof will be manufactured to your measurements and cannot be returned if they were incorrect.
Following your approval of the design, we will manufacture the roof and deliver it in flat pack cartons, to site, together with "easy to follow" installation instructions.
