The opal polycarbonate roof lets plenty of natural light through while helping to disguise leaves, moss and other debris that would be more noticeable with clear glazing.

Being 5.2m x 2.5m there is more than ample room to comfortably fit at least a dozen people for a BBQ or cocktails with friends and neighbours. We originally considered a 3m projection, but the 2.5m is perfect and blends in with the house without being too intrusive.
The opal translucent roof panels allow plenty of light through while hiding the odd bits of moss and debris that would otherwise be visible on clear panels.
