Polycarbonate Sheets & Glazing Products

We stock the full range of polycarbonate options – from 4mm and 10mm polycarbonate sheets through to 16mm triplewall, 25mm, and 35mm multiwall polycarbonate. A full choice of colours is available, including Clear, Bronze, Opal, Bronze on Opal, and Heatguard on Opal. Plain colours can also be supplied with Solar Control Inserts for improved thermal performance.

Conservatory Roof Kits

Our conservatory roof kits come with every component you need. We offer:

• Lean-to style roof kits
• Rafter-supported roofs with Snapfix or aluminium glazing bars
• Self-supporting bars

If you require individual components, we hold extensive stock and can manufacture bespoke parts to suit your exact specifications.

Canopy Manufacturers Since Day One

Our Smart Roof Canopy Range is fully designed and manufactured in-house. The collection includes lean-to canopies, carports, and a variety of free-standing canopies – all custom-made at no extra cost for a straightforward installation. Canopies can be glazed with 16mm polycarbonate or 6mm clear plate polycarbonate, with additional infill options available to suit your project.

The Smart Canopy Range continues to evolve based on the needs and feedback of our customers.

Secondary Glazing Specialists

We manufacture and supply the full spectrum of secondary glazing systems, from simple fixed panels to advanced made-to-measure units.

Our range includes:

• Fixed secondary glazing (cut-to-size twinwall polycarbonate, acrylic, and clear plate polycarbonate panels, with our Smartframe and Smartfix solutions)
• SmartSlider horizontal sliding units (2–4 panels, made-to-measure, ideal for DIY projects)
• Magnetic secondary glazing solutions – uses magnetic strips to easily fit or remove the glazing.
