Omega Build is committed to offering the best value. If you find a like-for-like product at a lower price, we will match it, subject to the following conditions:
- Like-for-like comparison – The item must be identical in brand, model, specification, colour, and size.
- Evidence required – Customers must provide a valid copy of the competitor’s quotation or a dated screenshot from their website clearly showing the product and price.
- Delivery costs included – The competitor’s price must include delivery charges to provide a fair comparison.
- Competitor eligibility – The comparison must be against a UK-based retailer or supplier selling directly to the public (excluding auction sites, private sellers, or clearance/liquidation sales).
- Availability – The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate order at the time of the price match request.
- Timing – Price match requests must be submitted before placing your order with Omega Build.
- Exclusions – The guarantee does not apply to promotional discounts, multi-buy offers, trade accounts, or pricing errors made by competitors.
Omega Build reserves the right to verify all claims and to refuse a Price Match request if the above conditions are not met.
