Omega Smart Canopy - FULL Side Glazed In-Fill Section for Sides of Canopy (installed under the sloping Edge Glazing Bar), 6mm Clear-as-Glass Solid Plate Polycarbonate Glazing Panels.

Can be installed on the right hand or left hand side of the canopy, or both.

For a successful installation:
The end Supporting Post must be located at the extreme end of the Eaves/Gutter.
The Wallplate must be mounted directly onto the property wall.
The Roof Pitch MUST be between 5 and 20 degrees.

Framework:

Structural frame components formed from extruded aluminium (Structural grade aluminium alloy).
Powder-coated in White, Anthracite Grey.

Glazing Panels:

6mm Clear-as-Glass Solid Plate Polycarbonate.

Dimensions:

Full Side InFills are made to fit the existing Smart Canopy. Dimensions from the existing canopy are required to manufacture the Full Side InFill. A guide to providing these dimensions is provided.

Projection The 6mm Plate Polycarbonate Full Side InFill can be supplied for canopies upto 4.5m Projection.

Roof Pitch: Full Side InFills can be fitted to Smart Canopies with a Roof Pitch between 5 and 20 degrees.

Clearance between bottom of Base Frame to Finished Ground is normally 152mm (for Smart Canopy with 2,5m Posts located in recommended foundation).

Design Features:

Full Side InFills are made-to-measure the (already) installed canopy. This means that there should be no adjustments required to the supplied components ‘on-site’.

The Full Side InFill is NOT intended to fully enclose the side of the canopy.
There is a sound structural reason for this. The space between the bottom of the Base Frame and ground level is to allow an escape for air pressure. This reduces wind loading on the Side Panel.

Full Side InFills for Canopies with Projections over 3.0m are supplied with an additional support located mid-way from the wall to the Supporting Post at the Eaves.

If you would prefer to collect from our factory in North Devon that can be arranged. Just contact the office and we can agree a collection date.
Delivery Days
We usually deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Special Delivery requirements
If you have specific delivery requests, such as safe drop-off locations or business hours - please include these details in the notes section during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 10am, at weekends, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Please keep this in mind if timing is important.

2 Man Delivery Service
We use a 2-man delivery service for many of our larger item deliveries. We will let you know the dispatch day of your order and then the 2-man delivery service will then contact you directly with a delivery day with time slot.
No One Home?
In many cases, we can arrange for your items to be left in a safe place if you won’t be in. Just let us know when placing your order.
Stock & Multiple Deliveries
While we keep most items in stock, some products may be special orders or even come directly from the manufacturer. This may involve a different delivery charge or your order arriving in separate deliveries.
