This is a special twinwall polycarbonate sheet made from recycled polycarbonate resin.
They are just as strong as standard sheets but the shade and density of the opal colour may vary from sheet to sheet. Therefore you may not get the same colour match.

Sheets are UV protected.

Cutting Tip: If you want to cut your panels down just use a fine tooth saw like you're cutting aluminium .
Applications include greenhouse shading and carports, open-sided structures where good thermal insulation is not a requirement.

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are shown in your shopping trolley before you complete your order. Prices shown apply to UK mainland only. Extra charges may apply for Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands.
Offshore Deliveries
We do not deliver offshore as standard. However, we can deliver to a shipper in the UK of your choice. Just contact our team to check.
Collections
If you would prefer to collect from our factory in North Devon that can be arranged. Just contact the office and we can agree a collection date.
Delivery Days
We usually deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Dates
You’ll find an estimated delivery period on most product pages. We do our very best to meet these estimates, but please note they are not guaranteed.
Special Delivery requirements
If you have specific delivery requests, such as safe drop-off locations or business hours - please include these details in the notes section during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 10am, at weekends, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Please keep this in mind if timing is important.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details. Please check this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any errors.
Delivery Updates
After your confirmation, you’ll receive another email letting you know your planned delivery or dispatch date.
2 Man Delivery Service
We use a 2-man delivery service for many of our larger item deliveries. We will let you know the dispatch day of your order and then the 2-man delivery service will then contact you directly with a delivery day with time slot.
No One Home?
In many cases, we can arrange for your items to be left in a safe place if you won’t be in. Just let us know when placing your order.
Stock & Multiple Deliveries
While we keep most items in stock, some products may be special orders or even come directly from the manufacturer. This may involve a different delivery charge or your order arriving in separate deliveries.
