Corozinc galvanised corrugated sheet is an ideal roofing solution for use on agricultural out buildings, garden buildings and timber framed roofing or cladding projects.

Corozinc is the ideal for use on garages, out houses, tool sheds and kennels.
Available in 8/3 profile and a wide selection of lengths from 1525mm – 3000mm and a cover width of 610mm.

To install Corozinc sheets, ensure a minimum roof slope of 5∘ (ideally 10∘ ) and an overhang of at least 60mm. Fix sheets by overlapping one corrugation at the side and at least 300mm for end-to-end overlaps, working from left to right.

Use galvanised self-drilling screws fixed through the highest points of the profile to allow for proper drainage.

For cutting, use an angle grinder with a metal slitting blade, a fine-toothed saw, or a nibbler tool, wearing appropriate PPE.

Please note the sheets are only delivered on pallets. There MUST be a Forklift on site for delivery

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are shown in your shopping trolley before you complete your order. Prices shown apply to UK mainland only. Extra charges may apply for Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands.
Offshore Deliveries
We do not deliver offshore as standard. However, we can deliver to a shipper in the UK of your choice. Just contact our team to check.
Collections
If you would prefer to collect from our factory in North Devon that can be arranged. Just contact the office and we can agree a collection date.
Delivery Days
We usually deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Dates
You’ll find an estimated delivery period on most product pages. We do our very best to meet these estimates, but please note they are not guaranteed.
Special Delivery requirements
If you have specific delivery requests, such as safe drop-off locations or business hours - please include these details in the notes section during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 10am, at weekends, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Please keep this in mind if timing is important.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details. Please check this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any errors.
Delivery Updates
After your confirmation, you’ll receive another email letting you know your planned delivery or dispatch date.
2 Man Delivery Service
We use a 2-man delivery service for many of our larger item deliveries. We will let you know the dispatch day of your order and then the 2-man delivery service will then contact you directly with a delivery day with time slot.
No One Home?
In many cases, we can arrange for your items to be left in a safe place if you won’t be in. Just let us know when placing your order.
Stock & Multiple Deliveries
While we keep most items in stock, some products may be special orders or even come directly from the manufacturer. This may involve a different delivery charge or your order arriving in separate deliveries.
