The structural aluminium frame is powder-coated in White.
The Canopy Roof Glazing Panels are glazed with 16mm Clear, Bronze or Opal Polycarbonate.

Structural frame is standard Smart Canopy frame.
Additional ‘Knee-Brace’ components, installed at the top of the posts into the Eaves; provides the classic, traditional look.
Integral eaves beam/gutter, with one or more posts acting as downpipes.
Gutter adapters are available if need to divert to a traditional downpipe.

Supporting Posts must be installed no more than 3.0m apart.
Supporting Posts can be inset from Eaves/Gutter ends by up to 0.5m.
Please note that for canopies that are more than 6m wide the Eaves/Gutter will be supplied in (2) lengths. These (2) lengths will be joined together.
A Supporting Post MUST be located directly under this joint.

Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are shown in your shopping trolley before you complete your order. Prices shown apply to UK mainland only. Extra charges may apply for Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands.
Offshore Deliveries
We do not deliver offshore as standard. However, we can deliver to a shipper in the UK of your choice. Just contact our team to check.
Collections
If you would prefer to collect from our factory in North Devon that can be arranged. Just contact the office and we can agree a collection date.
Delivery Days
We usually deliver Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Estimated Delivery Dates
You’ll find an estimated delivery period on most product pages. We do our very best to meet these estimates, but please note they are not guaranteed.
Special Delivery requirements
If you have specific delivery requests, such as safe drop-off locations or business hours - please include these details in the notes section during checkout.
Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 10am, at weekends, or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day. Please keep this in mind if timing is important.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the details. Please check this carefully and let us know straight away if there are any errors.
Delivery Updates
After your confirmation, you’ll receive another email letting you know your planned delivery or dispatch date.
2 Man Delivery Service
We use a 2-man delivery service for many of our larger item deliveries. We will let you know the dispatch day of your order and then the 2-man delivery service will then contact you directly with a delivery day with time slot.
No One Home?
In many cases, we can arrange for your items to be left in a safe place if you won’t be in. Just let us know when placing your order.
Stock & Multiple Deliveries
While we keep most items in stock, some products may be special orders or even come directly from the manufacturer. This may involve a different delivery charge or your order arriving in separate deliveries.
