Our marketing policy, i.e. direct from the factory to the end user. We deal direct with the leading manufacturers on all our products and our discount for quantity means you are purchasing top quality goods at wholesale prices.

Delivery
Upon receipt of your confirmed order or payment, we deliver as follows:-

Bespoke Conservatory Roofs - two to three weeks

Polycarbonate Glazed Roof Components - two to five days

Please note, delivery is £19.50 (exclusive of VAT) except where otherwise stated.

 

Delivery is to mainland UK. If you live in any of the Scorttish isles we can ship to your nearest port for this delivery charge. If you require delivery to your home please contact us for a quotation.We are happy to quote for export orders.

We always try to meet our customers' requirements as to delivery, but we are not able to accept liability caused by delay outside our control.

 

 

We also offer a  pre noon delivery to mainland England and Wales which is £31.50 (exclusive of VAT)

For some postcodes there is a pre 9.30 delivery option at £49.50 (exclusive of VAT). Please contact the office to check this is available for your order.

Pallet quantities and major contracts by quotation.

We will refund in full, if the goods upon return, are found to be defective due to manufacturing error.

Customers must examine their goods on arrival and should not  sign for them until the goods have been checked.If there is any damage this must be clearly stated on the delivery note.

No claim will be met if the goods have not been examined by the signatory and any replacements will be chargeable to the customer.

 

 

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products we may not be able to accept returns due to mistakes made by the customer or due to a change of mind. Where we can accept a return a restocking fee will be  applied.Please check with the office.
