The DIY Conservatory Roof Kit

This DIY Conservatory Roof kit comes complete with all you will need for simple and easy installation of a lean-to conservatory roof. Glazing Bars and polycarbonate sheets are supplied at specific lengths to be cut to your required size on site.

For the experienced ‘DIYer’ this kit offers a quick solution and a high quality, attractive product once completed. 

Please note that the projection quoted is the actual lengths of the glazing bars and panels. The actual horizontal projection achieved will vary depending on the pitch of the roof. 

This DIY Conservatory Roof Kit is only suitable for a timber supported structure.

Each kit includes:

• The required quantity of polycarbonate panels (at the required length and 1.05m width). 
• Snap Fix Rafter Supported Glazing Bars in White, Brown or Anthracite Grey - Each bar pack includes PVC End Cap, an aluminium bar with gaskets and Clip-In Top Cap.  
• PVC F-Section in White, Brown or Anthracite Grey - Ideal for use on the outside edges of the roof. If you remove the gasket on the outside edge of the Snapfix Glazing Bar the
  F-Section will slot in making fitting easy. 
• PVC Sheet Closures in White, Brown or Anthracite Grey - These are used to protect and finish the bottom end of the polycarbonate sheet, and are fitted over the breather tape. It should be cut to fit between the glazing bar top caps. 
• Fixing Buttons in White, Brown or Anthracite Grey - Used to give additional strength to the structure, and are screwed through the sheet into a purlin. 
• Solid and breather tapes - Solid top tape is applied to the top edge of the sheets, and the breather is applied to the gutter end to prevent dirt, insects and dust entering the sheets.
