Superglaze Framed Edging Strip - 2.44m, White from Omega BuildProduct details:The Superglaze glazing strip is used to fix 2-4mm polycarbonate, acrylic or glass as secondary glazing to an existing window frame. The strip is supplied in either 1.22m or 2.44m lengths, White or Brown and consists of a clip on uPVC frame that screws onto your window frame with a clip on cover to hide the screws. Fitting: You need 20mm of flat mountable surface around your window frame to fix the strip. Ensure that all window furniture e.g. handles, stays, etc. fit within the recess. When used with 4mm glazing this is a very tight fit and will need lubrication to fit on. The clip side takes up 10mm. Deduct 20mm off the external dimensions of the window frame/outside edge of where you want the secondary glazing to sit for your glass sizes. |
